Musicians
Busy Vancouver bass player Jen Hodge is a versatile musician who can be found playing with a wide variety of artists all over the world. When Jen is leading the band, she likes it hot – hard swinging grooves, boisterous New Orleans style horns, cheeky lyrics, clever arrangements, plenty of spontaneous fun, and an infectious love for making music. Jen’s expertise in traditional jazz and swing has taken her to stages across Canada, the USA, China, Spain, France, the UK, and the Caribbean. At home, Jen can be found leading a band on Wednesday nights at Guilt & Co. Connect with Jen on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Diane Lines has performed on six continents and has appeared with a variety of entertainers, including Les Brown, Jim Walker, Gabriel Mark Hasselbach, Jim Byrnes, Joani Bye, Rolf Harris, Alfe Zappacosta, Bria Skonberg, Amanda Wood, and Shari Ulrich, and she was the pianist for Grammy nominated Michael Bublé for two years. Now based in Vancouver, Diane has become the third member of the Acoustic Groove Trio. Diane will be touring with her new show, “Diane Lines’ Jump!”, a celebration of 40’s and 50’s era swing, boogie-woogie, and jump blues music.
