On April 21st, 2016, our Litigation Director Raji Mangat spoke with the Vancouver Island Mental Health Society and People First Radio about West Coast LEAF’s successful intervention in Lloyd v R. This case resulted in certain mandatory minimum sentences for drug offenses being struck down as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of Canada.
